Repair of vintage Nelson Dial Rain sprinkler. The sprinkler uses a water driver motor to spin a heart shaped piece of plastic between rollers attached to an arm. As the arm moves around the heart shaped piece of plastic, it causes the sprinkler head to move back and forth. After many years of sitting in the Texas sun, the plastic part finally broke and the sprinkler was non-functional.
