The case for TO-8 optical sensors e.g. (https://www.hamamatsu.com/us/en/product/category/3100/4001/4103/S1226-8BQ/index.html) with the BNC connector. In my case, I have used BNC for a panel http://si.farnell.com/greenpar-te-connectivity/5-1634504-1/rf-coaxial-bnc-straight-jack-50ohm/dp/1020952. The case has the additional hole at the bottom for optical mounting post, specially designed for use with various optical table setups. Use black filament to lower/ minimize the reflection of light from the case.
