As more and more hybrid EV cars have battery in the back boot. air vent for the battery must be plugged in to avoid harmful gas within the vehicle cabin. Dad have a Lexus RX 450h and the battery is in the boot. He bought this Optima battery with vents pointing upwards and there is 2 of them. He made this adaptor to connect the air vents with the car venting pipe. This will fit the standard optima yellow or red top.
