As my original Z-cover was worn out, I decided to made my own and it should be a segment cover like professional machines have. I printed the segments on my Zortrax M200 in Z-Ultrat which is a ABS derivative the infill was 30%, top and bottom layers 5. Lamelle 5 (segment 5) ist fixed with flat magnets to the lower original sheet metal from the old cover.
