I updated this model to be more rigid, and to connect to the 9mm standoff bases. I superglue the bases to the connection points, and calibrate the positions with the 1/2 inch retroreflective spheres. You can also connect flat 1/2 inch retroreflective circles to achieve the same calibration. (pictures pending) There was too much flex with the previous design, so I wanted to make these more rigid, hence the thicker areas. I recommend waiting for the build plate to completely cool before removing these to avoid minor warping. I will compare these to highly calibrated parts using aluminum extrusion soon!
