Oral-B Pulsonic Button

Oral-B Pulsonic Button

So after years of use, the button on my Oral-B Pulsonic got worn out pretty bad, and I had to press hard on it to turn the toothbrush on. Since these toothbrushes are quite expensive, I quickly designed the replacement part myself. The part needs to be printed in TPU. To replace the button you need to remove the silver front plate. It should come off quite easy since it is poorly glued down, but prepare yourself for what disgusting mess you will find under it. Remove any remaining rubber from the original button and place the new button in. I would recommend putting some flexible glue around the edge of the replacement button to seal the inside electronics from getting wet. Glue back the front plate and you should be done.
