Orange Pi 4 LTS Case

Couldn't find RPi4B in stock anywhere, so got an OrangePi 4 LTS instead. As it turned out, Orange Pi 4 LTS has a slightly different layout than the original OrangePi 4, including the reset and recover buttons being located in a different area. This case was designed using an Orange Pi 4 (non-LTS) PCB (from [GrabCAD](https://grabcad.com/library/orange-pi-4-pcb-1)) as a reference starting point and the rest of measurements were done with a caliper. I created openings for MicroSD slot, reset and recover buttons and all the “main” ports. I didn't add explicit access to GPIO or webcam and LCD ports. If you want to use the antenna support or simply have the antenna outside of the case, simply pop it through one of the vent holes. The antenna support should snap anywhere in the top half's honeycomb vents. Created case v2 that has symmetrical offset for side walls. Case v1 (the one I printed for myself) had one side closer to the PCB than another, due to physical port placement on the PCB and I wanted easy port access. For case v2, I added an inset to make up for the lost 1mm and try to keep port as easily-accessible as in v1. I haven't printed v2 myself, so please let me know if there are issues with it.
