Wanted a case for my OPiZ (with expansion header) that also had room for one of my 3007 (30x30x7mm) fans, so I took JimNZs, threw it into fusion and modified it heavily. Decided to get a little Portal-y with it as well and made the fan guard an Aperture Labs logo and threw the Aperture Labs nameplate on the side. Going to mod it soon to be able to mount it to 2020/3030 extrusion using a modular rail. Update: Uploaded a version with the antenna facing the rear. It takes a little wiggling to get it in past the support for the expansion board, but it IS do-able. Also added two mount holes on the side that are 30mm Center-to-Center. I also enlarged the microUSB entry hole. Many of my USB cables were not sitting in properly and fell out easily making the OPiZ power down randomly. I use a sort of long linear t-nut of my own design to attach things to my Misumi 3030 and for 2020 on the Ender3 I found that I can use M4 countersunk screws instead of t-nuts. Oddly enough, the Creality 2020 profile mates perfectly to the countersunk head on an m4 flathead. UPDATE: 05MAR2020 - Redid the shell near the expansion header mic/USB on the top housing and near the OTG USB and SD Card Slot on the Lower "Lid". This brought them closer to flush and allowed me to shrink the hole around the OTG USB and Header USB ports a bit. Also removed the top antenna model because I didnt like how the micro coax inside got smushed around. On the rear antenna version i moved the antenna hole a bit to make it easier to get the coax to not squish as well as make it easier to move the antenna in/out after its done (it doesnt collide with the Daughterboard mounts at much now). Also put a chamfer on the screw holes so there will always be something for a screw to bite into...eventually.
