Orange Pi Zero with Expansion Enclosure, Slightly Enhanced
thingiverse
I preferred the original design but wished M3 socket head cap screws were fully recessed in the bottom, making them more discreet. Button head screws would be an alternative option, although I have those on hand. I also envisioned a lid that securely held the antenna upright, adding to its overall functionality. Furthermore, I noticed a 2mm gap near the expansion USB ports and thought it seemed unnecessary. Additionally, I created a modified version with two extra holes - one for a 5.5x2.5mm dc barrel jack to power the board via header connections, and another for a 3.5mm 3 pole jack to use as a serial console cable. Since headphone jacks are readily available and affordable, 3 or 4 wire connectors offered a cost-effective solution.
