This is a simpler version of my original design for the LM8UU x-carriage. It is intended to use with an Orca 0.3, but it can possibly also fit an Orca 0.2 (please let me know your experiences!). Version 5 updates: Increased the length of the LM8UU holders Decreased the width of the LM8UU holders Version 4 updates: rounder at the belt holder to use complete print bed other kind of holders which are stiffer room for tiewraps in the holders to keep the bearings in place moved bolt holes a bit so M4 bolts can be used moved the belt clamp 1mm so the belt is 100% (candle ;p) straight Version 3 updates: reinforced bottom plate a bit added more bolt holes so it (could) be attached with 6 bolts Version 2 updates: had to cut off one part of the belt clamp for the motor bolt to fit made the belt clamps a bit wider to fit the belt more easily made the LM8UU holders a bit tighter (now 24.00mm x 16.50mm dia) rounded the edge of the belt holder to make it slide more to the right/left Instructions Version 5 is final, printed & tested. Fits properly. (you will need M3 sunkhead bolts for the inner bolts to fit properly in V2.3 this is fixed in V2.4) Print it (make sure when you remove it from the heated bet while it's hot that you put it down on a flat surface so it cools down without bending) Put in the LM8UU bearings while it's COLD! Remove the parts from the original x-carriage Attach the printed holder with 4 bolts Push the belt inside the belt holder Enjoy printing!
