ORD Bot Inspired Spool Carrier

This is a spool carrier inspired by my ORD Bot. It is adjustable to all the spools I could find. Instructions You can print the feet from the attached STEP file. The rest of the stuff you must scrounge or buy. Use the STEP file or drawing to measure and cut the parts. The rollers at the ends are standard electrical conduit with 5x16x5 bearing press fit into the ends. The framing is 20mm x 20mm Misumi T-Slot extrusion. You need to tap the center holes of the shorter cross members. You can adjust for most spool sizes by sliding in one of the ends. You just need the spool to hang down below the frame a bit so the spool will never walk off the end. By the way, ORD Bot kits are now on sale at Inventables.com!
