To resolve binding issues on an Ordbot's two z-axis threaded rods, ensure perfect alignment or replace the metal block. When attached correctly, the threaded rod will thread onto this new block beneath the printed part with a slightly oversized hole, allowing it to wobble without binding up and causing skipped steps. While backlash may increase slightly, this is preferable to avoid binding.
