These are the casing that hold in place the guide vanes that comprise the stator parts for the compressor. The outlets provide cooling air for various parts of the engine and are connected to pipes running alongside the engine. Only the first three stators are screwed in the others appear to be glued in place and are not normally removed during reconditioning.
