Organizer was designed for a local coffee shop. It can hold all things for coffee to go - small and big lids, straws, stirrers, napkins and a sugar container. Dimensions are 25x21x12cm. On Prusa MK3 it takes up whole printbed, so you need to print it without skirt. Clean up the plate for the best possible bed adhesion and be careful of corners detaching from plate. Fillets on corners might help mitigate warping, so we made two versions: one with 5mm fillets and another one with 10mm. Printing time was approximately 18,5 hour on 0.3mm layer height and 15% infill with 0.4 nozzle. Ready to print files come in different versions: 1. Flat cut-out for sugar dispenser, 10mm rounder corners Dimensions of cutouts: - napkins - 111x30mm - straws -75x75mm - stirrers- 64x25mm - small lid - 84.5mm (diameter) - large lid - 94mm (diameter) - sugar dispenser - 75mm (diameter) We also upload editable files in Fusion 360 format and .STEP, if you want to change size of the cutouts or remix whole model.
