This is a top to fit on a standard 10mm x 8mm oval fibreglass electric fence post to allow the fitting of a control mounting plate from SportIdent, specifically one of the Narrow Plastic Mounting plates. It has been designed to allow electric fence posts to be used as orienteering control posts. It has not been designed for use with the full base Plastic Holder style of plate.
