Orthotic Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

Orthotic Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

cults3d

Make your own orthotic devices to support the arches in your feet. Relieves the pain of plantar fasciitis. Custom orthotics can cost hundreds of dollars. You can use them, or you can use these which cost about $1.50 each when you 3d print your own. These supports are intended to fit under the sole insert in your shoes, i.e. between the sole and the sole insert inside your shoe. One photo shows the placement with respect to the sole insert. One face of the model is rough due to the remnants of the supports after they are removed. Place the rough side down to help hold the orthotic in it's proper position. You get four files, left and right, and low arch and high arch. The 3d prints are marked with "L" and "R" respectively for the left foot and the right foot. Use the arch thickness that feels the most comfortable. Use your slicing software to adjust the length, width, and height to match your foot. If you choose to experiment with the optimum size, start with the size I use, 110mm x 60mm x 20mm. You can adjust the amount of arch support by changing the Z measurement in the slicing software. Thank you in advance for helping to support my design efforts by paying the nominal support fee. It is appreciated more than you know. The file names indicate which foot (L or R) and the arch thickness (lo or hi)
