Ortur Laser Master 2 Height Adjustment for 1/4 inch bolt

Ortur Laser Master 2 Height Adjustment for 1/4 inch bolt

This is a remix of the height adjuster for the Laser Master 2. I have the 20W laser and decided to design it for a standard bearing and 1/4-20 x 4" hex head bolt, which was much easier to find. I used a narrow washer and nut to secure the bolt to the bearing and a little glue to keep the bearing in the housing. A 2nd 1/4-20 nut gets put in the inner part. I kept the M4 hex head bolt for the locking screw, since that was not a difficult to find at my local hardware store. I originally printed this with PETG, but a good PLA will work just as well. I used 4 shells for strength and a layer height of .16mm to keep the surface smooth and ensure a good fit. When importing the parts, you will need to scale them up 1000%. UPDATE: I've uploaded a new version (Height Adjust OuterV4.stl) of the back plate that has a cable mount and 6mm hole for an air assist tube, along with a few other adjustments.
