The Oru Kayak is a very cool boat. It folds up small and is easy to cary. Really a fantastic design. EXCEPT for this part. Cheap plastic, hollow end caps for the cross bar are easy to snap and are not sold alone as replacement parts. I don't recommend printing new ones unless you have a really super high quality strong material, but the CAD is here in case you want to turn on on a lathe as I did for a friend this weekend. I couldn't find the CAD model anywhere, so here it is for you. Hope someone else can benefit from this.
