Orville's a friendly, trustworthy fellow. Whether 3D printed or assembled from laser-cut slices, he can be counted on to keep your savings organized and safe. Instructions PiggyThin.stl is ready for 3D printing. The pink Orville shown was printed in NetFabb PLA with a 0.2mm layer height with supports. PiggyThick.stl CAN also be 3D printed, though he has a lot more meat on the bone. This file is better suited for importing into Autodesk's 123D Make in preparation for slicing on a laser cutter. Piggy.3dmk was generated using PiggyThick, as was the slicing plan in Piggy.pdf and Piggy.svg, which assume a stock size of 12in X 20in. My sliced version of Orville is constructed using recycled Amazon shipping boxes glued together using Arleen's glue. I use a small strip of painters tape to seal the bottom of both versions.
