Safety Inquisition Badge of Office. I made the Inquisition phone charm, and realized that I actually sort of do that at work ... except instead of heresy, I'm rooting out safety issues. So I added a hard hat to the skull. I started with thatguyj1f's Inquisition Symbol, but it had some geometry weirdness in the skull area. So I deleted the whole skull, added a flat plane and then added Thebrakshow's (absurdly high rez) skull. I then took Daranbalt4's hard hat and squished it down so it looks like a bas-relief and thickened the brim. I then added a little loop at the top to hang it from something (in my case, my ancient cell phone).
