This silencer is based on the Osprey 45k and was designed to be used on my 1911 R32 and holstered on my Swiss Arms Adapt-X, so the dimensions are definetly not accurate in relation to the RS one.

Dimensions: 23 x 35.5 x 150mm

The baffle is optional, on a GBB it doesn't suppress the sound and I doubt any suppressor does since most noise comes out the silde, altough it might on a NBB.

Hardware used:
2 x headless M3x3
2 x M3 nuts
1 x small wood screw
(optional) 1 x 1.5mm allen key, cut to size

I field-tested a PLA version and it held on very well. Due to the temperature my replica was losing some gas after some shots so I could see the gas escaping the end of the silencer, which was cool looking.

I might upgrade the cover + key part in order to remove the need for the small screw in the future.

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHL0CzlkbPY"></oembed>

_____________________________________________________________________________________

Changelog:

26-11-2019

Re-uploaded the threaded STLs for compatibility with Slic3r.
