* UPDATE * Some printer/slicer might have an issue with the original main Frame since there seemed to be a hollow space in the frame. I fixed the stl by removing the Hollow space, the new file is named Base_frame_hollow_fix.stl Designed for a OMP Superleggera Racing wheel, fitted on a OSW Servo SimRacing wheel this might fit other wheels as well. The assembly includes paddle shifters and a Button box enclosure. All measures are metric, and used screws are those found in the local "home depot". Thanks to the 4 magnet operated mechanism the shift feel is pretty nice. I really like it. The buttons are well within reach. Covered with 4D Carbon vinyl wrap, the look is pretty awesome and needless to say, like any DIY solution this is a bargain when compared to commercial solutions. One thing to mention: As you can see I use two threaded sleeves per shifter assembly. The lenght is 22 mm thickness 5mm and the threads on both sides are 4 mm. I use two sleewes per Shifter, One holds the upper structure in place and the second acts as axle for the actuator arm. Shifter assembly is bolt together using M4 x 10 mm screws. Note that the necessary lofts to accomodate the screw headers are already in the design. Screw header has 8mm diameter. Have fun!
