Otterbox Commuter Case Latch Replacement (iPhone 6/6s)

My second Otterbox Commuter Case Latch broke again. The latch is pretty weak just after the spring notch. I designed this one with a bit more plastic in that area. Here is the Fusion 360 model if you'd like to modify it https://a360.co/2Wjda1j The pin is an interference fit, so a purposefully made the through hole a bit small then used a 5/64" drill on slow speed to ream out the hole and it took a little side pressure around the hole to make it slightly larger and then the pin was a nice tight fit and then have to lightly hammer the pin to the bottom. Print on its side for strength front to back (holding the phone in the case). I printed in PLA with 4 perimeters for strength and supports are required.
