This piece forms the hinge on my recycling bin (which broke). Instructions I built it with 1mm sides and 25% infill. It has a slight chamfer that helps the pin wedge into the handle and makes the tolerances a little less critical. Push the pin in and gently hit with a hammer just hard enough to stop it coming out.
