Based on a Stevenson screen design, this modular box will protect a Xiaomi temperature and humidity sensor from the elements. You'll need to print 4 middle pieces to get the right height. The top, bottom and middle pieces snap together, and the sensor holder can be ziptied to the box and wherever you want to attach it.
