A feasible solution exists through the use of slic3r's 'modifier' feature. Simply load the provided .stl file as a modifier to a subset of size 6, then utilize it to modify extrusion widths for perimeters and in external perimeters, opting for larger values. It's also beneficial to increase infill ratio, raise perimeter count, and decrease print speed for external perimeters. All modifications impact only the troubled area. Slice and export as usual for improved results.
