23-Sep-2017 Update: Part has been modified as it proved to be about 1.2 mm too tall when installed on my OLP. New v7 part firmly holds the bed at a height of 17.5 mm. Screw hole also enlarged 0.2 mm to better align with holes drilled in the printer based on dvhecke's original design. 22-Sep-2017: This is a modified version of the bed level mounts created by dvhecke. While I liked dvhecke's mounts I did not care for messing with lock nuts on the underside of the printer. These revised mounts are recessed on the top surface to accept a nut. This allows the screw to be screwed in from the bottom, independent of maintaining pressure on the print bed.. The three washers are also fully recessed into the mount and held in place with a lock washer and brass knurle nut. STL file provided is actual size of finished model. If printing on an OverLord printer be sure to scale X, Y, Z. See image for the scaling values on my filament calibrated printer. Pictures are of models printed with 1.75 mm Maker-Bot PLA. When slicing in Cura orientate the part such that the recessed nut holes are facing up. One bottom edge is recessed to account for the lip on the OverLord printer. I printed with supports.
