This is an overshot/wad card cutting die. Insert this die upside down inside your press using a L-N-L bushing adapter. I've made provisions for adding a metal washer or other insert to beef up the cutting area. Reem the metal insert to 18.67mm. Warning -- some sanding and fitting may be required.
