Oversized Bosch dishwasher lower rack wheel

Bosch Ascenta dishwasher sometimes washes well, sometimes doesn't. The lower rack seems to hit the spray arm when heavily loaded. These wheels (dark grey) have a radius 1/4 inch larger than the original (light grey), which allows the arm to clear even when the lower tray is sagging a bit. I reused the original wheel axles, but others have uploaded designs for replacements if you need them. Update: don’t use PLA. It melts during the dry cycle! The two files with ABS in the name were printed with ABS, which survived the heat of the dishwasher. The rim size was increased slightly and an angle was introduced to counteract the effect of abs warping as it cools.
