This is a single print design for an egg protector. The aim is the use the flexible properties of 3D printed plastic to absorb the shock of a 15ft drop for the <a href="https://grabcad.com/challenges/3d-printing-egg-drop-challenge"> Egg Drop Challenge</a>.Unfortunately this design did not protect the egg. It may protect an egg from a lower drop but not 15ft.The other problem with this design is that the support material is difficult to remove. The model is prone to breaking when removing support material and during printing.There are a further 3 cousins of this design (Ovulix Range) that will be uploaded as separate entries.Videos of the failed attempt will be uploaded soon...
