This is a device mount for the oxcart-150 quadcopter. It has 3mm integrated stand-offs and is meant to be mounted over your flight control or power distribution board. This allows you to mount other devices (e.g. receiver) cleanly and safely. Note, the 3mm stand-offs are 5.5mm in diameter which should be small enough to not interfere with any flight control board components.
