This is a Battery Breakout Adaptor for the Range of Ozito (Bunnings) 18v power tools . It connects directly to the power tools , as the normal battery would. It has a built in Spring latch to lock it in place . It can then be adapted to a range of batteries from other brands of power tools .It has been specifically designed to screw directly on to the really neat "Makita Battery Mount" designed & posted by Gary Platek , which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:352094 This allows it to connect directly to the Range of Makita 18V Lithium-Ion battery packs . Small "L" shaped electrical terminals need to be cut from thin guage sheet metal .They fit neatly through the printed slots in the main body ,& can be securly screwed into place in the printed mounting holes , with self tapping screws .Bend them as shown it the photo, to give them a spring action to the electrical contact . Terminal lugs are used for power connection . If you are connecting to the "Makita Battery Mount" use our " Makita 18V battery Terminal" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2156290 & the connections will line up so that compression springs can be used make the electrical connection with no need for wiring Note : The "Makita Battery Mount apears to have been designed in Imperial Dimensions, & may appear in Cura extremly small. Just up scale it by a factor or 25.4 on all axis to correct the size .
