This design is my vision for a mount that perfectly complements the 850w Ozito router, a tool that's notoriously tricky to work with. The existing designs on Thingiverse are decent, but they require an excessive amount of support material, which led to frustrating print failures and over 10 hours of wasted time. My design is built around three distinct parts, each one meticulously crafted to provide a rock-solid connection to the tool mount. To achieve this level of stability, I've opted for 4 x 6mm bolts on the front and 6 x 4mm bolts on the tool mount plate. Thanks to my design, there are now two viable options available for the Ozito router, making it an even more appealing choice for those looking for a budget-friendly MPCNC. I personally picked up mine for $25 and was thrilled to discover that it handled cutting aluminium with ease.
