P3Steel Anti Z-Wobble

P3Steel Anti Z-Wobble

thingiverse

This is my remix of the P3Steel X and Z axis parts that originally came with my with my printer. The main goal is to eliminate z-wobble effect that I was suffering after 7~8mm of printing height. The printing quality is now insanely better. This is what I changed: Fixed the Z threaded rod position based on irobri's cad files Added anti wobbling nuts based on toolson's anti-wobble system Added bottom holding locks to keep the 8mm smooth rods in place (keeping them from skipping out due to hole tolerance) Added top 625ZZ bearing support to threaded rod to limit wobbling effect Replaced tensor printed bearings by a tensor that accepts a couple of F604ZZ improving gt2 belt straightness WARNING Due to the deformation of my threaded rods the wobbling effect on my printer is so big the new system makes it a bit noisier, specially when performing Z homing. During print the noise is almost the same.
