P3Steel bed auto-level and anti-shake

thingiverse

This was the solution I designed to prevent bed shaking during acceleration movements and also get a fixed auto level solution (no need for software auto level) while still keep the spring suspension protection that was originally installed. This is done by setting a fixed height for the table set by the printed parts. The original spring protection suspension is kept under the heated bed to provide the under support for the fixed height and the hotend collision protection. Can be used in either 4 point or 3 point assembly option. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: P3Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 40%~60% Notes: Not much to say. Print it, use it. Post-Printing Assembly 1-Slide the printed auto-level mounts in the printer steel base bed. 2-Insert the spring (inside) in the printed auto-level mounts between the heated bed (bottom) and the of steel base bed (top). 3-Insert the M3 screw from the top hole, going through the spring and exiting the bottom. 4-Insert the M3 nut in the bottom. When tightening the nut should self lock in the socket. 5-Start printing. :-P
