This is a fighter plane from the WWII era Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: Doesn't Matter Infill: Doesn't Matter Notes: Some parts of the plane will not print on a zortrax printer and maybe other printers alike. For some reason when it renders the file it takes out some of the plane. How I Designed This Lots Of lofts Pretty much this whole plane was made by lofting sketch to sketch Custom Section Project Objectives: Students could learn how to loft very quickly if they have the patience. Audiences: This isn't for beginners but an intermediate range of skill could definitely do this. Preparation: Pretty much all you need to know for this is how to loft and how to draw a sketch on different planes. Steps: You need to put down multiple planes by offsetting one after another every couple of units. From here you draw sketch on each plane and loft them to one another. Same for the wings you just start from the middle of plane. If your design gets some kind of weird pattern or shape to it in between lofts then add another in between the two. Result: By the end of this project you will pretty much be an expert at lofting!
