full size cosplay and convention friendly P90 for Stargate cosplay. It took a lot of work to edit the file for printing. The CAD file is incredibly detailed with internals but nothing that would really need printing. I used CAD Exchanger to strip everything except for the actual rile object and export it to stl. I used plane cuts to split it for printing on a CR10 keeping in mind that it would have to go back together and keep some semblance of the prop. In the end it retained a working trigger, working ambidextrous charging handles, and uses an airsoft magazine with faux bullets that is also removable.
