This is designed for the PA-96 GA Headset to PC adapter sold by pilot-usa. Item can be seen at https://www.pilot-usa.com/pa-96.html There are two drawbacks to this product. First it uses a 9v battery instead of a 9v power supply. I have fixed this issue. Second is that from a general aviation point of view you do not have cables just hanging around to plug your headset into. The headset jacks are hard mounted to a surface. Generally the instrument panel, but can be mounted to sidewalls, etc. So to add that little bit of realism, I created this mount. Both plugs will slide in and as they are the same size, they will fit either side. I spec'd this to where you will have to put a little bit of pressure to seat it from front to rear, this was done to prevent it moving around in the mount when plugging / unplugging the headset. Included are three files. - First is the finished product, two headset jacks with screw holes to mount to a surface - Second is the blank I used to duplicate the jack. Simply embed this into a block, turn it into a negative and there you have it - Third is a single relieve of a jack.
