This is a cookie cutter for making Pacman Ghost-shaped cookies. (Ghosts in the game Pacman are also called Gremlins. The more you know!) Instructions Cutter created with this process: Use this Processing app to edit or create your cookie cutter pattern: local-guru.net/blog/pages/cookiecutter-editor If you want to use this particular model as an example, the source file is: pacman-cookiecutter-source-file This tool can export to .stl files. Cookies with this process: Use a sugar cookie recipe, cut out using this pattern, and decorate to your heart's content! Flatten the dough into a large flat area about the same height as the cutter. We found using a flat plate helped keeping the height consistent for a large surface area. You could also use another cookie sheet to squish it flat. The larger the surface area, the more cut-outs you can make in one go. Generally the cutter should grab onto and hold the dough with friction. Then you can gently push it out with your finger onto the cookie sheet. We found it easiest to lift the dough off the cutting board when there's some flour on the cutting board. Alternatively, spread the dough directly onto your cookie sheet, use the cutter, then pull away the excess dough. Decorations: Consider chocolate chips for eyes. Consider using food colouring to make different coloured ghosts. For best results, when making your dough, use the food colouring on the wet stuff first, before adding the dry stuff (flour etc). The colours won't mix as well after the dry stuff is added. Consider using decorating cake icing for additional details, eyes, eyelashes, etc. :)
