Paint Pot Holder Base - Astra Militarum

I added an Astra Militarum version of the base for a friend. Grab the arm model from [the upstream thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3319115). I also added a hole in the base to save a little print time and filament. I did not fix the arm pegs holes though...they still have zero tolerance so you will need to sand and whittle the arm a bit to get it to fit. *Note:* I'll have a pic of the printed model up in a few hours
