Paint Sprayer Bottle Adapter

Paint Sprayer Bottle Adapter

This is a little adapter I made to allow me to use Kirkland water bottles as paint reservoirs to minimise the amount of cleaning required to use the paint spray gun attachment. I've attached the fusion360 design file (.f3d) so if anyone would like to modify it to fit a certain bottle type or to adjust any other aspect of the design you are more then welcome to do so. I would appreciate it if you could link back to my original design if you reupload it. I've attached a .3mf file for prusa slicer, which has the variable layer height and support blocker configured, if you wish to configure the slicer yourself then please consider using variable layer height or a <0.2mm layer height to ensure the threads come out clean. I've attached a photo of where the thin layers and support blockers should be included to help you to configure your slicer. I did not have to do any finishing when I printed the model, all I had to do is pull off the supports and it screwed right on no problem. The Paint sprayer thread is a BSP G1/4-19 and the kirkland water bottle thread is a 23.5mm diameter 3 start, 2mm pitch thread (6mm for a single track), I found this through experimentation and measurement so the values are likely not perfect. P.S. if anyone needs a different thread type or pipe length I'd be happy to tweak the design for you if you are unable.
