Update: This is for Heltec ESP32 LoRa boards and an 18650 battery. Since I've been working with other boards, I have switched my development efforts to a more universal style “radome” for GPS/LoRa/Meshtastic/RAK WisBlock style devices.

That model can be found for download here:
https://www.printables.com/model/301926

Printed variants of the new model can be found here:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/1331811415/

I got into meshtastic this week and wanted to apply some of the best practices of amateur radio. Getting your antenna above the ground makes a huge amount of different in range. Using a common painter's pole found at most hardware stores or amazon, I designed this radome to cover everything in a weather protected space and raise it 30~40' above ground.

There's also a small port for DC power or solar charging if you want to leave the unit up for extended periods.

I've printed this in PETG with no issues on a well tuned machine. The threads don't require supports, but I add one in the middle of the dome where the angle of the curve reaches 65%.

The original Heltec variant shown in this listing can be purchased here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1315161160/

Thanks for your support!
