Painting Handle V3.0

I liked the design of the painting handle by karakulli, and the usability of the updated version by Ziddiccan, but there was a fault in both of them. The edges where it holds the base were at 90 degrees, and didn't hold the base properly. Also, the tolerance for the holes was almost non-existent (on Ziddiccan's version), making it really hard to slide the side holders freely in an out of place. In fact, I had to throw away my first make as they got stuck and I couldn't pull them apart. Therefore, I've increased the tolerance, and angled the inner edges that hold the base in place. If you consider the painting handle by "karakulli" as the first version, and the one by Ziddiccan the second, I believe this makes it V3.0. I've just made a couple of simple updates, all the credit should go to the original creator(s).
