I was wanting a turntable to paint my models on, but didn't want to spend the money on additional hardware. There is minimal friction but sanding/smoothing the top surfaces at the connection will make an even smoother These can only be assembled and taken apart in one location and it is designed to prevent spray paint from entering the center housing. There is some tolerance built into the design as well so you don't need 100% calibration in order for it to function. Finished dimensions: 5" dia. x 7/8" tall. With my settings each half took 3.5hrs to print. 1.75mm Anycubic PLA 0.2mm Layer Thickness 80mm/s print speed. 1.2mm bottom & top layer thickness 10% zig zag infill
