Paladins of the West Kingdom player boxes

This is a small change from mdoom23's insert system for [Paladins of the West Kingdom](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3945565). Very nice, with the use of the boardgame insert toolkit. But it bugged me that all the player components were mashed into the same container, and had to sort out those blue numbered tokens every time. So this will replace the following from that: Player component box (neither of the 3, 2 or 1 sections are used) Provisions box And of course their lids. You'll need 4 player boxes (and optional lids) 1 box for the green buildings and resources.
