Palette 2 Tube Clamp/Chain Bracket for Ender 3

This is a remix of yannicked's "Ender 3 Cable Chain E bracket mount" I got tired of the tubing popping out of the small grommet bracket that came with the Palette 2 and designed this. I've added what is basically a split collar. very simple, very effective. It takes an M3 socket head cap screw. There are no printed threads. Just use the screw to cut the threads in the rear part. * Added version 2 which has no slot or screw. Tube is held by a shoulder inside the bracket (see cross section pic).
