The hole punch for my Dewalt palm sander disappeared so I designed this one to replace it. I designed it thicker than it likely needs to be because I only print in PLA. I used .2 layer height, 20% infill, and wall thickness 1.76mm but you could likely get away with lower settings...especially if you can print it with ABS.
