Micro pan tilt dome, 50mm dia, uses 20x8mm micro servos. Geared so the base spins at least 180-200deg with a normal servo. Works ok. Made a prototype and decided it wont suit my needs. Print Settings Printer: Fabrikator mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .1mm Infill: 40% or solid Notes: The gears are difficult, you may need raft or brim. Post-Printing The black servo is the one that fits, the blue is a std 9g for reference. How I Designed This Autodesk 123d Custom Section Didnt show how it goes together, whoops. Ok ive lost the bits, but ill try to explain it: The gear goes on the servo arm, or really the arm is inserted into the gear (pan20t), there is a slot for it to fit. Trim the end of the arm off (not too much) so it fits. Then the servo you just fitted the gear to goes into "panbottom" with the servo fitted base down into the flat side, so the top of the servo with the gear, is sticking up from the flat side. "pan12"is inserted upside down into "panbase" so the square bit fits into the square indent. This sits on top of the "Panbottom" assembly so the gears mesh. Put a suitable screw through the center hole to keep it in place. "pancyl" should go in between these two parts to fill the gap. Now to fit the top servo onto "panbase", The servo is first fitted with "pancam" just like like "pan20t" goes onto the other servo. there is an indentation on one end that the servo arm fits into. "pancam" should sort of surround the servo, one end is in the arm, and the other end is near the bottom of the servo. Then you mount this assembly with the servo laid flat against "panbase" the bottom of the servo along the wall part, so that the cable goes through the angled hole, (these little servos have the cable out the bottom) and the free end of "pancam" fits into the slot. Use an appropriate screw to fix it in there. There is only one mount to screw the screw tab of the servo onto, that is the little square tower with the hole in it. If you look at the picture you can just see "pancam" is in place, but there is no servo in there. The camera is just glued onto "pancam" so it can tilt up and down. I hope that you get what i mean by all that. :)
