This is a dust filter I created to fit a Panasonic bathroom fan, specifically for FV-05-11VK1, but will probably fit other Panasonic bathroom fans that have a 222 mm internal fan shroud section. It's in two pieces that mirror each other. It's designed to fit below the bracket that attaches to the plastic white frame. Model is designed for 0.4 mm nozzle FDM priners. There is a 1.0 mm and a 0.8 mm version. 0.8 mm version has a denser grid than the 1.0 mm version. The photo shows the 1.0 mm version. This model could have been also achieved with a solid object with top and bottom layers removed and an infill density of choice in the slicer software.
