Made it in OpenScad, a simplified version of the original button. When the model was ready, I found exactly the same one over here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18867. I was caution about it, as the guide bushings are not sleek on that model, and the hole in the original button bushing mostly made for saving purpose (to use less plastic), and not used as a functional feature of the design. In 3D printing, we need to achieve a better adhesion between guide bushings and main platform of the button. So I have it solid in my case. Special Notes: 1) Version 1 - Orignal Size 2) Version 2 - Clamp Size a bit increased, as when I tried to use an original size clamps, button was falling of the microwave. Probably because of the wearing and tearing inside the body. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: You may want to print it by turning model on the short side of the button and use a support, in this case all long parts will be printed lengthwise, they might be not so pretty after this, but who cares (it will be hidden inside a microwave). But it will be stronger in narrow spots. And you need this strength as you press the button every day.
